AAUS Scientific Diving Lifetime Achievement Award

Presented annually to an individual from the scientific diving community who has made a significant contribution in advancing underwater science and technology. Open to anyone in the scientific diving community. Nominations from the AAUS general membership. Voted and approved by the Past Presidents of AAUS and Past Award recipients. Current BOD Members are not eligible during their term of office.

Scholarships
The AAUS awards The Kevin Gurr Scholarship and The Kathy Johnston Scholarship to graduate students engaged in, or planning to begin, a research project in which diving is or will be used as a principal research tool or studying diving science.
