AAUS Service Awards

AAUS Service Awards are presented to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the Academy.  Awards are presented at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Distinguished Service Award

Presented to an individual board member of the Academy whom has provided outstanding service to AAUS and its mission. Voted and approved by the current AAUS Board of Directors, annually. Current BOD Members are not eligible during their term of office.

Service Recognition Award

Presented annually to an individual member in the Academy whom has provide outstanding service to AAUS and its mission. Open to any active member of the American Academy of Underwater Sciences. Voted and approved by the current AAUS Board of Directors, annually. Current BOD Members are not eligible during their term of office.
